Mental Awareness in FISH!!!!

Mental Awareness in FISH!!! Eat Smart.Be Smart.
Fish is a smart food choice in more ways than one. Previous research suggests that docosahexanenoic acid(DHA), and omega-3 fatty acids found in most fish, may aid brain development in infancy and prevent cognitive disorders in old age. Now a new study in the Journal of Nutrition points to the benefits for the rest of us :Participants between the ages of 25-54 , who had high blood levels of DHA performed better on nonverbal reasoning tests and showed better mental flexibility, working memory, and vocabulary than those with lower levels! DHA may help the brain work better, so try to aim for 4 to 6 servings of oily fish a week. Eat Smarter. Be Smarter.
